In those moments it&#8217;s tempting to avoid finding productive ways to deal with the difficulties and instead bury myself in noise. Noise is good and I&#8217;m sure a certain quantity of noise is part of the solution to life difficulties, but there&#8217;s other stuff that needs doing as well.<\/p>\n<p>This album is a sonic documentation of a period of time where all I wanted was to drum and I did that with a whole load of people (who are great and make life less difficult).
